Big bang balloon
This online resource demonstrates the expansion of the Universe.
A balloon is marked with dots to represent different galaxies and as the balloon is inflated the distances between the galaxies and a 'home' galaxy are measured.
The relationship, that has become known as 'Hubble's Law', is further investigated by processing concrete numerical results.
