Science Assist - SOP Preparing Sodium Hydroxide solutions

Science Assist - SOP Preparing Sodium Hydroxide solutions: In the table: "Mass of Sodium Hydroxide required to prepare 1 L of dilute solution" on page 2 of 3 of the SOP refers to a required molarity of 6M and there is a small 'b' beside the value of 6M.  I cannot see the footnote which explains why this letter 'b' is beside this concentration for Sodium Hydroxide.

Could you please explain.  Thank you.
