ARKive is a not-for-profit organisation that curates free photos and videos of a wide variety of animal and plant species from around the world.

ARKive also provides a selection of teaching resources for ages ranging from 5–18 years of age. ARKive education also provides free teaching resources that link to the wide range of videos and photos on their database.

Resources are easily searchable under a range of search terms, such as species, conservation status, topics, habitats and places. These media resources are suitable for use by all ages and are best suited to the study of biological sciences.
