I am aware that we need to keep a digital record of SDS and also paper copies of SDS (in case digital records are not accessible). With respect to paper copies of SDS - should we have one copy in a location that is accessible by everyone, or should there be multiple copies (ie one in the prep room and one in each teaching lab?

SOP: Handling dry ice

This Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) gives a detailed method for how to handle dry ice.

Note: this updated version January 2016 contains instructions for performing a range of activities using dry ice.

The accompanying example risk assessment should be used as a guide only. Also users should consider risks and safety measures in their local environment before proceeding.
