Interactive Water Cycle Diagram
This interactive diagram looks at the Earth's water cycle.
The resource includes an interactive diagram that shows how the Earth's water is not only always changing forms between liquid, solid and gas, but also moving on, above and within the Earth.
The interactive diagram contains interactive features that when hovered over, display information and links regarding each stage of the cycle.
It also offers 3 different versions for beginning stages of understanding through to more advanced understandings, which allows for students of all abilities to interact with a similar diagram that is suited to their learning needs.
This resource links to science understandings required in Year 6 when examining extreme weather conditions such as cyclones and storms and also links directly to science understandings in Year 7 that examine that water as an important resource that cycles through the environment.
